These are not your normal cookie. They should really be called yummy healthy cookies as they taste delicious and are full of oats, nuts, and fruit. I followed this recipe and swapped the chocolate chips for dried cherries and the maple syrup for agave, for a cookie that is ideal for breakfast, especially when you are in a hurry, or for when you just need a snack.
