I love avocados and the second best thing to great guacamole, for me, is avocado toast. On a recent brunch outing, I ordered it topped with kale chips and ended up loving it so much! The kale chips added great flavor and a nice crunchy texture to the avocado. Since then, it has become a favorite of mine and I remake at home all the time.

A couple other ways I like to enjoy avocado toast include: avocado with cream cheese, avocado with red pepper flakes, and avocado with egg whites.
