Scrambled Eggs with Herbs

The first thing I ever made in the kitchen without adult supervision was scrambled eggs. I was over at a friend’s house and after waking up before her parents, she suggested we make scrambled eggs. I remember feeling so mature to be cooking without an adult around. At the time we made with simple scrambled eggs with just milk and eggs whisked together. Since then, I have upgraded the ingredients a little by using heavy cream instead of milk and adding some fresh thyme to add some extra flavor. These are my favorite scrambled eggs and are perfect alone or with toast.
