Pigs in a blanket were one of my favorite things to eat as a child. I did not have them often, so it was always a treat when I did have them. After thinking about them recently, I decided to make some. To make them more adult, I created three dipping sauces to pair them with: spicy ketchup, pesto cream, and lemon aioli. The end result were a delicious treat that brought back childhood memories.
