I L-O-V-E waffles! If I could, I would eat them everyday for breakfast, except I don’t have the time nor would it be healthy. On the weekends though, I am more than likely to be enjoying waffles for brunch. This recipe is my go-to waffle recipe and it comes from my mom. She would make all the time when I grew up as they are easy to make and always come out crispy with a delicious, soft center. Have a great weekend and enjoy some waffles!
