Olive Tapenade

While I enjoy sitting down to a full dinner, occasionally I choose to munch on some small bites instead of a full meal – a little cheese, some sausage, a couple pickles, and my favorite, olives. Recently, I changed it up from my normal whole olives and opted to make an olive tapenade. I followed this simple recipe using
Kalmata olives and extra basil, and the result with crackers was an ideal small bite.
