Blueberry Cream Cheese Tart

Ingredients:
1 prebaked 9 inch tart shell
2 cups blueberries
1(8ounce) package cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest

Place the berries in the cooled tart shell and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and zest with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour the mixture over the berries. Bake the tart in a 350 F oven for about 30 minutes or until the filling is set.

Makes: One 9 inch tart. Enjoy!
