White Chocolate Almond Bark

Ingredients:

-3 lbs white chocolate or almond bark (I prefer the almond bark as it is not too sweet, it can be bought online here and is also sold at Michaels)
-1 lb roasted and salted whole almonds
-A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Begin by lining a 18 inch by 13 inch baking sheet with edges with with parchment paper.

To melt the chocolate, use either a double boiler or the microwave. I used the microwave and mix it every 30 seconds until melted.

Pour the melted chocolate on the baking sheet and spread the chocolate out using a spatula. Sprinkle the top with the almonds and mix them into the chocolate until covered. If desired, sprinkle the pinch of sea salt on top. The bark should be about half an inch thick.

Let it harden over night. Once hard, use a chefs knife to cut the bark into 2-3 inch pieces. I preferred to cut the bark into irregular pieces. Enjoy!

Makes: 20-25 2-3 inch pieces
